Our primary mission is to deliver the best and most comprehensive care available for your pet. An important part of the mission is making the cost of optimal care as easy and manageable for our clients as possible by offering several payment options.
Healing in Coor Bodywork requires payment in full at the time of service. We do not bill unless arrangements have been made prior to the appointment.
We currently accept cash, personal checks, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, or Discover), and Venmo.
Appointments that are canceled with less than 24 hours may incur a cancellation fee, which would be between $25-50 depending on the trip distance.
In the event of an outstanding balance of more than 30 days, penalties and interest fees may be applied. Balances of over 90 days may be sent to collections and the owner shall pay all costs incurred in the collections debts and attorney fees.
Unfortunately, we are unable to provide services, whether routine or emergency to clients with an outstanding balance of more than 30 days.
There is a $25.00 service fee for returned checks.
Services can only be rendered to the owner and/or lessee of the patient. An additional person may be added as an authorized agent for the patient. This authorized person must be identified via written authorization. If leaving town, please email us the dates and who you are authorizing to call us in the event of an emergency.
